Our Career Leadership module based trainings are ongoing with students in higher education. Coming from rural and urban marginalized backgrounds, they have reached till college having dealt with many hurdles and continue to do so. In this context, understanding of self, motivation, pride and confidence in their background and life experiences is more important than only technical knowledge of available career options. Using our simple module designed to spark discussions, sharing, retrospection, and clarity of thought we are trying to stand with these youngsters as they navigate a challenging journey.
These trainings are being carried out with various colleges, and we appreciate these colleges’ teachers and management for supporting their students with such initiatives.
