We were invited to carry out an in-depth discussion with more than 45 students, in an online interaction organized by a Study Circle organized by students of ILS law college. As first generation learners, the concept of Mental Justice resonated with them, where they connected Mental Health with historical, social, political injustice faced by marginalized communities. As future lawyers, their interest in learning about people’s mental dignity and upholding the same, was very encouraging.
It was facilitated by founder and trainer Deepa Pawar, using film viewing, experience sharing, analysis, games, exercises that helped in open hearted sharing and articulation.
